On Perfecting Construction Hoisting Machinery Inspection Law

Abstract:

Building inspection on heavy machinery is an important link in the safe use of the equipment and is directly related to the safe use of equipment. But this link is the most ambiguous in the current building lifting equipment supervision. Whether it is "special equipment safety supervision regulations" or the order of the Ministry of Construction, prescribed inspection of heavy machinery to the construction site are not specific and lack operability. So it is necessary to standardize the inspection regulations and administrative status, inspection methods and management mode. Therefore, this paper discusses the measures to improve the problems and laws existing in our country's construction hoisting machinery inspection in order to promote the site construction hoisting machinery inspection for the development of industry.
