Abstract: Using GIS to analysis urban water supply pipeline network characteristic, it can make full use of GIS spatial data management and graphics processing advantages. This paper is on the basis of clarified the importance of the dynamic characteristics, it include three aspects of research. First, topological graph modeling, establishes the section between the nodes and directed graph, and uses adjacency list to store; Second, spatial database structure, it designed by the topography and galleries, some data sets, the line data set, the surface data and document data sets of pipe network GIS spatial data structure; Third, nodal flow dynamic characteristics, analysis of node flow of small changes ,which can lead to node pressure and the change in the flow section, and build the mathematical model. In this paper, the research contents to ensure the security of urban water supply, improve the level of urban management information, improve emergency management capability of urban is of great significance.

Abstract: 3D geological modeling and visualization are the key technique issues to implement the plan of Digital Earth". However, 3D physical property model varies depending on the technology of 3D geological modeling which will bring about great changes in the reflection of reservoir property. In this paper, Some super voxel models, mathematical models of fault and geometrical models of fold have been contrived so as to show the space geometric configuration of the complicated geologic structures. And the architecture for integrated physical property modeling is established; Based on the physical property model, the spatial distribution and plane spread of reservor property is displayed detailedly with Sequential Gaussian simulation. By integrating geological database, sedimentary facies maps with those property models, geologists will be able to capture the partial characteristics and whole structure embodied in the geological data in a direct-viewing, figurative and accurate manner.

Abstract: This paper proposes an implementation method and technique of Geo-hazards monitoring and early warning system. By analyzing the deficiencies of traditional method about early warning system, we propose a web platform structure based on JSP file to design and achieve an early warning system which integrates real-time data receiving, processing, mapping, managing and automatic alarm .The system uses tomcat as web server, and the platform structure is divided into several modules which are designed as owning scientific and rigorous algorithm respectively. After the actual tests the system not only can display data diversely, but also can send SMS to different people for early warning on different levels according to the changes of the data received by SMS cat. The results prove that the system has good stability, reliability, scalability and maintainability.

Abstract: The goal of this investigation is to conduct the CFD analysis in conjunction with the wind comfort level standard to predict the pedestrian wind comfort level around the Dreams, Angel Life and Future pavilions in the Xinsheng Park of the Taipei International Flora Exposition. The computerized airflow simulations were carried out to predict the detailed flowfield for determining the comfort level of outdoor wind environment for three pavilions in the Xinsheng Park. In order to generate the suitable environments of natural ventilation for visitors, the calculated results can be used to appraise the sufficiency of natural ventilation for the open space around the building cluster.

Abstract: It’s necessary to establish a perfect dust water supply system according to Coal mine safety regulations. In order to do researches on the reliability of mine dust water supply network, this paper deduces the similarity number of flow rate and pressure under the condition of abnormal similarity, and establish the physical model of mine water supply network according to the gravity similarity criterion at first in lin-nan mine as the background. Monitor the running status of the whole network, measure the flow rate and pressure of the monitoring stations, and then contrast the experiment result and EPANETH simulation result with the data of the original network. The results show that physical model meets gravity similarity under the condition of abnormal similarity, which provides the experimental basis for the follow-up research on mine water supply network.

Abstract: Problem statements is a form of natural language used in any problem solvings [17]. A problem statement is described in terms of scope, structure and its purpose. Analysis in problem statement is a critical element of a structured problem solving that has not been included in or explicated by traditional stage models of the process. This paper details out that an analysis stage is needed to develop the implications of a problem's definition and to direct the selection and pursuit of solution strategies. This paper also discusses the importance of problem statement and how a new method of structure is being modeled for an effecient and effective problem solving in industrial environment. Strategies for future research on problem analysis are discussed

Abstract: Since the beginning of the 1980s, project management has been gradually implemented within China's petroleum drilling engineering. Recently, achievements have been made in the institutionalization, routinization and standardization of project management in petroleum industry. The sustainable development of petroleum enterprises has been ensured by process management, which based on the entire life-cycle of drilling project.
In this paper, the life-cycle of large-scale petroleum engineering project has been analyzed. And relations between project life-cycle and project management process have been elaborated. Furthermore, the process management based on the entire life-cycle of drilling project has been established. The author believes that process management would be beneficial to the overall efficiency of oil and gas exploration and development.

Abstract: The interaction between foreign direct investment (FDI) and agglomeration of capital-intensive manufacturers is studied using a system dynamics model and simulation. Data of manufacturers in three industries in the Yangtze Delta region from 1996 to 2010 are analyzed. Interactions between FDI and agglomeration are analyzed through the lifecycle of the industry cluster. Simulation results show that the interaction relationship changes over the entire lifecycle of the industry cluster. Mutual promotion is typical in the early stage during which the inflow of FDI contributes to industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration attracts FDI into the region. This mutual promotion diminishes in the expansion stage, disappears in the maturity stage, but appears again in the decline stage.

Abstract: The main goal of the paper is to provide a drawn up methodic for proposal of technical system optimization in terms of maximizing its reliability at given sum of financial costs or minimizing finance to achieve set reliability. The system reliability, respectively causal relationships between system failures and its elements faults are analyzed and illustrated by using special method called fault tree analysis (FTA) and technical system is represented by fault trees. Subsequently, the genetic algorithms are appropriately applied on the constructed diagram. The part of this paper is the proposal and description of individual steps of genetic algorithm in order to optimize fault tree analysis.

Abstract: The distribution-based logistics support is an important way to improve the efficiency of spare parts supply, and the scientific scheduling of vehicle is crucial to achieve this target. The mathematical model of the vehicle scheduling problem in wartime spare parts distribution was formulated, and an improved ant colony optimization algorithm was utilized to solve it. In our algorithm, the transition rule was improved, and the local search heuristics were integrated into the algorithm. The VRPTW benchmark instances were revised and solved under different parameter settings, and the experimental results showed that our improved transition rule can significantly enhance the algorithm's performance.
