Research on Quantitative Metallographic Analysis for Metallic Materials of Power Grid

Article Preview

Abstract:

Quantitative metallographic analysis method is used to analysis ductile iron, carbon steel and copper those three typical metallic materials of power grid, instead of the situation for manual visual as qualitative and semi-quantitative. The results of experiment demonstrate that the quantitative metallographic analysis meets the requirements, and the merits are fast speed of processing, accurate and reliable data and reproducibility of experimental results.
