Abstract:

Construction safety accident has occurred frequently and accident death toll has been high. Investigate its reason, mainly in the low level of construction enterprise safety accidents emergency management. Strengthen construction safety emergency management can effectively reduce the life and property losses, and to ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises. We put forward a construction safety emergency decision support system based on ontology and CBR method. Then we described its work processes and use the foundation pit engineering as an example to explain the knowledge representation and the ontology similarity case retrieve matching method. Finally, we give the method to realize the system so as to reach the purpose that improved the building enterprise emergency management capacity effectively.
