Abstract: The spontaneous radiation energy of the current filaments in high gain GaAs photoconductive semiconductor switches (PCSS) is quantificationally analyzed. The spontaneous radiation formula of the current filaments was derived. The concept of the distribution function of the radiation intensity dependent on radiation wavelength was first introduced in GaAs samples. The radiative recombination coefficients of four peak wavelengths were estimated by the statistical-physical method in high gain GaAs PCSS. Calculated according to the radiative recombination coefficient of 890 nm radiation, the spontaneous radiation energies are consistent with the experimental observations. This explains the observations about optical output energy versus filament current.

The construction and function of wireless microwave transmission system is introduced in this paper. This paper focuses on the design of outdoor unit for wireless microwave transmission system.

Abstract: A new routing algorithm is proposed for FPGA to improve the increasing transformation cost of pseudo-Boolean Satisfiability algorithm in the routing process. The approach combines advantages of pseudo-Boolean Satisfiability and geometric routing algorithm. First, Frontier-one of geometric routing algorithm is chosen for FPGA routing. Then pseudo-Boolean Satisfiability algorithm is used when the process of Frontier is not successful. Technique of static symmetry-breaking is also adding to carry out pretreatment of pseudo-Boolean constraints, detecting and breaking the symmetries in the routing flow. The advantage is that the search path is pruned, and the cost is consequently reduced. Preliminary experiments results show that the hybrid method have no adverse affect on overall program. It has also reduced the runtime observably, and sped up the solving process.

Abstract: The FPGA-based 10/100M Ethernet MAC controller and universal asynchronous serial communication controller are designed and connected on chip in this paper. Such functions as writing data transmitted by the serial interface to the Ethernet controller and sending them to the network, and serially outputting network data received by the Ethernet controller are implemented and interconnection communications between Ethernet and the serial are achieved, possessing great practical values in system test. Modularization design is performed on the whole system with VHDL in this study, whose hardware application is verified on Xilinx Virtex2P XC2VP30 development board. The simulation results prove that the design has reliability, stability and good applications in the data transmission test.

Abstract: This paper introduced the BP neural network model and the BP algorithm in detail, and pointed out the BP neural network existed the defects of local optimal tendency of local optimal, slowed convergence speed etc. Through the modified BP algorithm, we could solve the problems existing in the traditional BP algorithm successfully, simulation results for odd-even discrimination of integer number based on MATLAB BP algorithm show that modified BP model compared with BP model has faster training speed and high study accuracy. Modified BP neural network models is used in practice, as long as it is complementary with effective measures, and we can get satisfactory result completely.

Abstract: In this article, a new structure of dual band pass FSS is simulated and analyzed. The improved FSS structure, which satisfies the requirement of miniature, is much simpler than traditional one and has lower working frequency band, and it provides a new way to solving the problem of the coupling effect of dual bands. Besides, its response towards electric field is invariant. The response has no obvious change when the incident angles change a lot.

Abstract: The design of digital-analog mixed SoC involves RF/analog and digital domains, how to effectively improve the design reliability and to reduce the development cycles has become a research hotspot. This paper establishes the appropriate behavioral models of RF / analog / digital IP modules, and carries out the behavioral simulation based on the built mixed-domain simulation platform and the behavioral libraries of RF/analog/digital IP module, which enhances the reliability and stability of mixed SoC design, and reduces the design cycle. Those explorations may be helpful to the designers of digital-analog mixed SoC.

Abstract: The IT capability maturity model and its evaluation system is put forward about smart grid which is suitable for China in view of the capability construction. The Extension method is used to establish the IT capability maturity evaluation model of smart grid. The method is simple and practical, easy to operate, easy to realize by computer and it is verified its effectiveness to smart grid through an example of IT capability evaluation with a province-level smart grid enterprise in western China. Abstract: The trustworthiness of the web resources is very important for secure cloud platform of electronic evidence storage calculation. In this paper, I analyzed the possibility of classes of delegation and trust level of authorization access. I used CGRS resource selection algorithm which is based on the K-means clustering algorithm in digital forensics analysis of cloud platform resources, and the algorithm is used to scalable environment for digital forensics analysis platform in substantive departments. The algorithm is proved effective and correct by the analysis and the experimental results.
