Abstract: Based on the wireless to realize the industrial automation, and now this is the field that people daily concerned about, but also is the hot issues of research of the community and even academic. The study of standardized wireless networks for industrial applications is more based on the Zigbee research methods. In this paper, we try to increase the combining of these new design technology and industrial automation of wireless standards. Wireless based on the PC can be applied in the micro and macro industrial by using Zigbee network; it has a variety of different types of processors and microcontrollers. Microcontroller relates to the temperature sensor, the zero crossing detector and voltage regulatory agencies. The system can completely control them through visual-based GUI (graphical user interface of the PC). The graphical user interface is the applications program based on the user-developed. All processors and controllers are interconnected PC through Zigbee. The PC will continue to monitor all the data structure unit and compare value from remote processing preloaded process. If you find any error, computer will take the necessary action. Zigbee network is also the star topology structure that tries the four nodes. The first Zigbee is connected to the personal computer, it has fully functional device, its role is transmitting and receiving the data of other nodes. The second, third and fourth of the Zigbee have device that can reduce function, and they are used to control the rotational speed of the DC motor, have separate control of the temperature and the lamp lighting. It can interconnect all processing unit of Zigbee through the RS232 protocol.

Abstract: For the shot put movement, in throwing process the factors that affetc the result mainly have shot put action, athletes final exertion, athletes initial speed of throwing, athletes release height and shot-putting angle and so on. And this paper had a research on the choice of angle parameter of release in throwing process that affected the result of throwing shot put in the circumstances of certain initial speed of throwing and release height.The first it had built mathematical modeling of motion trajectory in the process of throwing the shot put, it analyzed the relationship model of the initial speed of throwing, release height and shot-putting angle. Secondly it understood that the scientific change of throwing angle can significantly improve the shot put throwing performance from the relationship model in the circumstances of certain initial speed of throwing and release height. This article was based on the research of angle parameter of throwing the shot put to provide a theoretical basis of the angle parameter of throwing the shot put of domestic shot-putter in peacetime training and competition. And the related data from the game and training of domestic excellent shot-putter was combined with the mathematical model to test and verify the rationality of the mathematical model and provide the scientific guarantee for domestic shot put movement to raise the level of sports.

Abstract: We need to track and detect all kinds of business when we prepare to have a test on the network in the Mobile Digital Multimedia Broadcasting System. This paper raise a way can parallelly test all the physical parameters such as RSSI, multipath, constellation diagram, BER and SNR of the service time slot of every frame in CMMB system by making a research on the traditional way of multiple services tracking and parallelly testing in CMMB system.On the basis of traditional way, we increase parity service discriminant moduleodd service parameters test module and even service parameters test module and make reasonable control scheme that odd service parameters test module and even service parameters test module test and receive the input data alternately in time ,that is to say, they independently make internal data processing, which making a good solution to the problems that the occupation of the system resource and insufficient data processing time.

Abstract: A kind of decoupling mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) in two-phase rotated coordinate is established. According to the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) control strategy and optimum parameters scheme, the three closed-loop servo control system for Automobile Gear Fatigue Test (AGFT) is designed. Rapid and accurate positioning must meet the requirement of testing gear fatigue system. Simulation results show it can achieve the goal of linearization control and the scheme mentioned is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Heat metering and temperature control system is committed to saving energy, reducing emission , lowering consumption of heating energy, decreasing the workload of heating companies and the property management sectors. M-Bus, 485, Zigbee and GPRS are used in this system. It integrates heat measurement, data collection and processing, and remote control. This paper presents the structure of heat metering and temperature control system, focusing on the application of M-Bus and the design of its hardware circuit.

In ultra-precision cutting, grinding and non-traditional machining, aimed at tri-coordinate ultra precision machining, studies the ultra precision machining technology and theory in this paper. It attempts to seek the principle in ultra precision machining as well as construct a pilot antitype with the ultra precision tri-coordinate machining system machine.

Abstract: The LDS is the most advanced and efficient technology in the MID (molded interconnect devices) electromechanical integrated device manufacturing technology. In this paper, the key technologies about modeling of LDS equipment, kinematic analysis of the machine system and optical system and how to combine them to achieve simulation were introduced, the MID modeling and simulation system for LDS equipment was developed based on Open CASCADE, The method of building the component tree was used to achieve the design of the main of the device. By adding the component model and defining the position and sports relationship, completed the three dimensional modeling of main structure and established the motion model. And combined with the MID cellular antenna model, the simulation of the laser machining process about the product has been completed on this system. The result verifies the validity of the simulation system.

Abstract: The greenhouse is an important part of facilities agriculture,also is one of the focus of the development of modern agriculture. Including temperature and humidity are the two most important environmental factors in greenhouse, nonlinear, strong coupling relationship between them, increasing the difficulty of greenhouse control. According to this complicated problem, this paper establishes a model of greenhouse temperature and humidity, studies a kind of model based fuzzy PID intelligent greenhouse control algorithm,and used MATLAB/simulink simulation platform, set up a simulation system. Results show that the control algorithm which solve the problem of strong coupling of temperature and humidity, and stable control of the greenhouse temperature and humidity. With a small amount of overshoot and fast convergence rate, etc. Satisfy the greenhouse nonlinear, big lag, multiple input, multiple output complex system control requirements.
