Abstract: Information resource break (especially information technology) the bottlenecks of the understanding demand for farmers. Experiential understanding of the content is the starting point for farmers receiving. Low cost experiential information service platform is using network path and terminal users to support multiple types of information resources for different farmers. Through enhance the effects of scientific and technological information services, and to break the limit farmers to master the key technology bottlenecks in information and knowledge, Thus to achieve the purposes of the farmers scientific production and modern life. As the development of the Internet, Instant Messaging will perform a wider use and is growing up day after day .Especially instant messaging system about enterprise has become a hot spot at home and abroad. Along with the development of the Internet, the use of instant messaging is becoming more and more widely, and the service providers also provide more and more rich communication service functions. This paper researches on the various kinds of Instant Messaging System, analyzes the functionality of Instant Messaging System, and proposes system architecture.

Abstract: Oriented to the actual requirements of roaming among heterogeneous networks, a handover decision scheme with ABC (Always Best Connected) supported was proposed in this paper. Network application types, access network and mobile terminal models were described. Plenty of factors such as access network conditions, application requirements, users preference in coding systems and providers, mobile terminals condition etc were considered comprehensively, an optimal handover scheme of N terminals among M access networks was designed based on improved artificial fish swarm algorithm. By gaming analysis, Pareto optimum under Nash equilibrium of user utility and network utility was achieved or approached to the found solution. Simulation results showed that the proposed scheme has better performance than existed schemes.

Abstract: This paper develops new methods for Trust Transfer in sparse environment based on indirectly feedback. Trust relationship between the user and strange service provider was build and adjusted automatically by the other users. We present two techniques, the first one is called Trust initialization algorithm, which is about to initialize trust relationship between user and strange service provider, and the second one is named Trust regulate algorithm based on the dynamic period feedback regulate mechanism. The simulation result demonstrate that this trust transfer method effective.

Abstract: With the further development of cloud computing and wireless body area network (WBAN), uploading the massive body signs parameters to the Internet for storage in real time has become possible. For the requirement of how to store the massive WBAN data, this thesis proposes the WBAN data storage method based on HBase, and elaborates how to design the storage architecture, the storage system and data query client by using HBase, a kind of tool in Hadoop platform. The WBAN data storage method based on HBase is important to efficiently manage the massive WBAN data.

Abstract: As one of the tightly coupled conference frameworks, XCON can support a wealth of conference services. However, the conference Presence service of XCON is not mature, and it can only support one-way notification service, lack of interactivity. So a new type of conference application service called Conference Presence Voting is proposed in this paper to increase the interactivity within conference Presence services. Conference Presence Voting is realized by adding a subelement which is used to describe the conference voting in the conference Presence documents, while SIP and its extension are used to design the conference voting mechanism. In this paper the design principle and concrete implementation details are presented and analyzed in detail. This mechanism has resolved the problems of standardization in conference voting, and added the interactivity of conference Presence services.

Abstract: Currently, all the global petroleum exploration and production companies are facing the pressure of lowing operating costs and improving labor productivity, now the emergence of the digital oilfield brings hope to these companies. This paper expounds the difficulties that the domestic digital oilfield encountered in the design of construction, and combining with the actual need of the oil fields in the development of oil-gas exploration, especially discusses the common problems in the construction of current digital oilfield and analyzes the existing oilfield technology and the development needs, finally, it put forwards feasible solutions.

Abstract: In developing software, which are basic developing strategy to be used This is a worthy issue. After studying various software development methods, four basic developing strategies are found. The four basic developing strategies are linear developing strategy, iterative developing strategy, developing strategy of decomposition, developing strategy of assembling. For any a software development method, it may use a type basic developing strategy, it may use also two types or more than two types of basic developing strategies. The content of the basic developing strategies is discussed. People can use the basic developing strategies to build new software development methods, and to build development program of definite issues.

Abstract: Considering to establish a national ammunition warehouse data processing of a large number of real-time monitoring information and real-time transmission to the requirement of server hardware resources, it was proposed to build a national ammunition warehouse distributed test system based on grid technology. Experiments show that the system has a scalable computing capacity, high computational efficiency, low cost, and good application prospect.
