Abstract:

Traditional production process for hollow thin-walled thread rolling is not enough. Cold extrusion process method for hollow thin-walled thread rolling is introduced principally with spindle support in this paper. It is practiced by means of spindle support in general rolling machine. Some process are explain in detail, such as select of support Spindle size, choose of rolling strength, select feed speed, lengthen shaping time and so on
