Design of Automatic Mixing System for Water Treatment

Abstract:

The excessive ammonia nitrogen ions and nitrate in the domestic water and industrial water have seriously detriment of health of human being. The application of optimization solution for water purification is a main method to analyze the function of water purification device. In this paper, an automatic mixing system is designed to analyze the performance of ion-exchange column using LabVIEW. This system can solve the problem such as discontinuous proportion, complicated operation and low proportion precision which exists in the current proportion device. The accuracy of over 97% is shown by the experimental results in this study and it is also found that the quality of water can satisfy the requirement of drinking water.
