Construction Safety Management from Perspective of Stakeholders

Abstract:

China is one of the most countries that invest considerable money on fundamental construction. How to reduce the occurrence of safe accidents and ensure the realization of construction safety has become focus of the whole society. In the perspectives of stakeholders, the construction project stakeholders can be divided into core layer, strategic layer and outer circle layer from three dimensions of qualitative analysis and judgment. Some effective suggestions for construction safety management are put forward.
