The Development Plan and Countermeasure of Affordable Housing in Hainan Province

Abstract:

Under the premise of the rapid development of housing in the whole country, Hainan Province as the only an international tourism island, the affordable housing development has been got a wide concerns and high evaluation by the provincial government. But in the process of rapid development, there are still some problems to be solved. This paper analyzes the main problems in construction and management of affordable housing in Haikou, Hainan Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasure according to the Twelfth Five Plan about affordable housing.
