Study on Application of Tubular Truss Structures in Engineering

Abstract:

This paper mainly focuses on the application of the large-span tubular truss structures in engineering. Taking a 60 meters cross-connections tubular truss with sliding supports used at one end of a cultural center project as an example, the problems of free vibration and optimum design of the structure are discussed in detail. The outcomes of this paper provide some reference for the design and construction of the congener structure
