Abstract:

Firstly, three problems encountered in the development of shipbuilding industry were analyzed; secondly, questions in man-hour management relative with enterprise competitiveness were discusses; and then to the welding as an example, the methods of improving the accuracy of man-hour measurement by virtual manufacturing technology were researched; finally summarizes the full text, improvement in the management of the system from top to bottom, at the same time, reserve various method actively at the technical level from bottom to top.
