Abstract: In the sheet metal CNC incremental forming, the forming is realized by its tool's step by step and point by point extrusion movements along the pre-programmed contour tool path in the outline of the sheet part. Therefore, the correctness of the forming path used to control the tool's movement has a magnificent impact on the forming quality. And a NC incremental forming process simulation method which is used to verify the correctness is showed in this paper. Meanwhile the simulation software system is developed by using VC++ and OpenGL. The case study shows that the software system can be used in the verification of NC incremental forming path and the motion analysis of forming tool, and the software system runs steadily and reliably.

Abstract: In this paper a design scheme is introduced about the simulation of Li-ion power battery discharging characteristics based on the architecture DSP + IPM module. It is described the building of Li-ion power battery circuit model, and the obtaining of the characteristic parameters of Li-ion battery. The discharging characteristic is implemented on bi-directional DC/DC converting circuit. The design of hardware and software is introduced and the experiment result is given.

Abstract: With the development of supporting technology, more and more pressure-dispersive anchor systems are applied in civil and mining engineering recently. In this anchor system, unbonded steel strands are used to disperse the external load to load-bearing bodies at different locations, and the load is transferred through the compressing action between the load-bearing body and cement mortar. It has obvious technique advantage as a permanent anchor system. However, the stretching mode for pressure-dispersive grout anchor is still not clear in actual engineering practice. In this paper, there are 3 common types of stretching mode for pressure-dispersive grout anchor with u-shaped load-bearing bodies in soil ground are analyzed by FEM (finite element method) and the reasonable one is suggested. Ulteriorly, the loading formulas are deduced respectively for the pressure-dispersive grout anchor with 2 or 3 load-bearing bodies, which will be used conveniently in practice.

Abstract: The air change rate and cleanroom garment have a great impact on cleanliness and operating cost of cleanroom. This paper use the method of numerical simulation to research the effect on cleanliness with different air change rate and cleanroom garment in Grade B cleanroom. The results show the air change rate of 20/h will meet the requirements of the specification and the garment cover whole human body will decrease the particles emitted from human body mostly.

Abstract: With the development of modern mechanics methods and computer technology, some practical commercial finite element analysis software was introduced to the ultrasonic cleaner design. ANSYS software is a financial structure, fluid, electric field, magnetic field, the sound field analysis in one large general-purpose finite element analysis software can be used in many industrial fields. The basic operation of ANSYS was introduced. The simulation based on the ANSYS was applied in the design of ultrasonic cleaner successfully, which can improve work efficiency and shorten development period of ultrasonic cleaner.

Abstract: The auger-type heat exchanger possesses many merits, such as compact structure, high thermal efficiency, and is mainly used in food, oil, natural gas and chemical industry. The shell-side fluid characteristics are calculated through FLUENT based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theory, and the typical regional and cross-section of the shell-side fluid are analyzed in detail. The results show that current "dead zone" exists in the head of the receiver at the entrance and the core body, which is not conducive to the efficiency and service life of the heat exchanger, and a large pressure exists on the outer heat transfer tubes at the entrance, which leads to the erosion.

Abstract: Nitric acid production process is complicated reaction mechanism, serious non-linear the traditional mechanism modeling to get the low accuracy of the mathematical model. This paper adopts a non-mechanism modeling, using the production history data, the use of artificial neural network has the right to arbitrary nonlinear mapping any approximation ability to simulate the relationship of the actual system input-output, trained to be get steady-state model of the nitric acid production process.

Abstract: A library should select new books in accordance with a rational principle, which make it necessary to construct a prediction model for buying books. The paper provides a reasonable criterion to conduct university library to construct an efficient collection. The change of library lending depends on the change of the number of readers and on the change of the books that a library possesses. The author has investigated library lending and the number of readers of a university library in China for 18 school years and finds that the sample data fit the simple linear regression model. Then the prediction equation and the prediction value of library lending in the school year 2012-2013 is obtained. The author has observed library lending and the library collection for 11 school years and finds that the sample data fit the regression model.. Then Based on the control theory of the regression analysis, the control equation and the control value of the collection in the school year 2012-2013 is obtained according to the prediction value of library lending. The control value of the collection minus the observed value of the collection in last school year 2011-2012 is the library demand for new books in the school year 2012-2013.

Abstract: The paper aims to analysis on the interaction between their mental & physical condition and cardio. The paper is based on SPSS and uses the questionnaire survey and multi-factors regression model. The research population is young and mid-age woman population, aged from 20-40years old, for gym member in Huangpu District. This research shows great value on the improvement of cardio exercise effort and health. The research result shows that the time and frequency of weekly exercise makes significant impacts on reduction of pressure on psychology and physiology and self-assessment of health condition. Insignificant impact is analyses to be presented along with self-assessment on health condition.

Abstract: A novel 4-DOF hybrid driving platform of flight simulator is presented. Its main load born by a PU limb which composed of pneumatic support unit, so the driving force, the safety and the simulation performance are all improved. The simulation performance is proposed to be taken as the evaluating index. Dimensional optimization of the driving platform is studied with the aid of the characteristics of Rayleigh quotient and vector. The influence law of scale parameters to simulation performance and constraints is discussed through monotonic analysis and it is adopted to seek the optimal solution of the simulation performance. The effectiveness of the method is proved by the example.
