Abstract: Reasonable selection and optimization of cutting parameters is an important part of the study on large diameter Fresnel lens mold process, which has a direct impact on the dynamic stability of processing state and processing quality of the large diameter Fresnel lens mold. Through a large number of experiments, we analyzed and summarized the influence law of spindle speed, feed and cutting speed on the dynamic stability of large diameter Fresnel lens mold processing state; The experiments show that when the cutting speed is more than 120m/min and the feed is about 1μm/r ~1.5μm/r , the continuous chip forms , breaks easily, the relative vibration amplitude between workpiece and tool is low, the cutting process is continuous and stable, and the machined surface quality is fine. The experiment results provide an important basis for the actual production of large diameter Fresnel lens mold.

Abstract: For large-radius bending metal sheets with severe springback, an automatic compensation program based on APDL language was developed to achieve the ideal die geometry. To raise compensation efficiency, the range of the ideal compensation factor based on one-step springback analysis was deduced, and tests prove that more iterations will be needed if compensation factor was beyond the range, and proper selection of compensation factor among the range can be conducive to high compensation efficiency.

Abstract: The effects of different concentrations of the mixed solution, different test temperature conditions for corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel wires by using the weight loss method, discussion on fracture strength of 316L stainless steel wires changes after corrosion. The results showed that the higher the concentrations of the mixed solution, test temperature, the larger corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel wires, the smaller fracture strength of 316L stainless steel wires. During the test, the surface of 316L stainless steel wires occurred passivation. Though Cl- of the mixed solution didnt take direct part in the reaction, it prompted passive film rupture, accelerated the corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel wires. Meanwhile, the stress-strain curve of 316L stainless steel wires after corrosion no obvious yield phenomenon, showing the form of brittle fracture. And test temperature factors on the corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel wires and mechanical properties of the most obvious effect.

Abstract: The influence of tool rake angle, feed rate and back cutting depth on the surface roughness and surface waviness of KDP crystal were studied when processing KDP crystal in the way of horizontal fly cutting. Comparing with the influence laws of vertical single point diamond fly cutting, we analyzed the respective advantages of the two kinds of cutting processing methods and summarized the similarities and differences of the influence rules that cutting parameters on surface quality under the two ways.

Abstract: Comparison with conventional ACSR aluminum clad ultra-resistant aluminum alloy invar wire with low sag, load flow characteristics, linear expansion coefficient of the wire there is migration point, the migration point temperature coefficient of linear expansion around the wire is different, therefore can not be directly calculated using the equation of state migration point directly after the aluminum clad super-resistant aluminum alloy invar wire sag. This combined with engineering examples, the wire sag derived formulas, combined with the current reality of the design units, presents a practical algorithm for reference.

Abstract: PZT-4 as a piezoelectric material has been studied extensively. When the piezoelectric ceramic is loaded with a pressure which exceeds certain strength, it becomes plastic deformation. In the condition of the pressure disappearing, the piezoelectric ceramic which still has residual strain can not return to the initial state, which will lead to the destruction of the piezoelectric generator. It is necessary to obtain the yield strength in studying the generating performance of the piezoelectric material. The paper designed a kind of measurement methods in stress-strain experiment for the PZT-4 piezoelectric generating column of highway piezoelectric generators. The measurement of the stress-strain mechanical characteristic curve of the PZT-4 piezoelectric generating column was shown in this work. It finally finds the inflection points of elastic deformation and plastic deformation of PZT-4 piezoelectric generating column and the yield strength of PZT-4, in order to provide yield strength parameter for the design of highway piezoelectric generators.

Abstract: A type of water dispenser remote wireless control system which concludes remote user terminal and household electrical appliances control terminal, connected by Internet, is designed and studied. The system can achieve message transmitting and remote controlling with using embedded technology, Internet and single chip microcomputer. According to the improved circuit, the control message of the remote terminal transmitted by infrared module is receipted and processed by ARM processor with energy saving as the remote wireless control for water dispensers is achieved.

Abstract: The problem of how to design a non-fragile mixed H2/H full-order filter for a class of linear discrete-time system is discussed in this paper. The designed mixed H2/H full-order filter parameters are assumed to be of additive norm-bounded variations. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the non-fragile mixed H2/H full-order filter are given in linear matrix inequality (LMI) forms. A numerical example is then proposed to illustrate the necessity of considering the parameter variations of the full-order filter through the analysis of the poles of the filter error dynamic system. The results show that when the parameters of the designed non-fragile mixed H2/H full-order filter are of variations, the poles of the filter error dynamic system are inside the unit circle, the filter error dynamic system is still stable. On the other hand, if the parameter variations of the full-order filter are not considered when the mixed H2/H full-order filter is designed, the poles of the filter error dynamic system are outside the unit circle, the filter error dynamic system is unstable when the parameters of the designed mixed H2/H full-order filter are of variations.

Abstract: Scattering units or building blocks are the basic elements for photonic crystal lattices. Photonic bandgaps can be tuned and improved in two-dimensional (2D) triangular lattices, as well as in square lattices by introducing axial-symmetry cylinder-segments instead of cylinders as basic scattering units. Owing to the changes of bulks, reflectance effect of electromagnetic waves will be different both in TE modes and in TM modes. The widths of bandgaps for the two polarization modes can be adjusted and matched to overlap in some range.
