Abstract: In earthquake data interpretation process, data body precision would not be very high as the workload of interpretation or data memory. Using the interpolate method mentioned in this paper, we can finish the interpolation without increasing the workload of interpretation, increase earthquake data precision, and acquire more information from earthquake data.

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of image recognition and the fluidity of the image itself, a new method to detect and track the target vehicles with the statistical features of the image gray was proposed. The one-to-one correspondence relationship between the target vehicle and the actual vehicle was built by the lane line symmetry and car installation angle. It will take the full image average grey value, target domain area, the perimeter between target domain and background domain border as the statistical characteristics. In addition, several order center distance of the target field distribution function was taken as one of statistical characteristics. The similarity between the extracted image characteristic parameter and the image characteristic parameter from the database at different distance is taken to identify the target vehicles accurately. The results shows that the algorithm cans effectively detecting and tracking the target vehicle in front of the host vehicle 90m apart.

Abstract: In this paper, a system composed of the intelligent sensor array is designed to measure various kinds of gas. The system is mainly feasible for gas measurement in coal-mines, family environments, and air pollution and so forth. The system mainly consists of sensors, single-chip microcomputers and peripheral circuits. In this paper, the major focus lies on the composition of the system, the hardware system and the software design. Apart from that, experimental tests are conducted.

Fluid mechanics is a branch of mechanics, which studies the fluid stationary and moving mechanical laws and its application in engineering technology. Fluid is very extensively applied in the project. Such as: heating ventilation and gas engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, construction, civil engineering, municipal engineering, urban flood control engineering. They all take fluid as the working medium, and effectively organize it through various physical effects of the fluid. Therefore, it is particularly important to well learn hydrodynamics.

Abstract: This paper first of all gives an introduction to the structure of rolling bearing, development stage of fault and the main fault types; then, it makes an analysis of the common detection methods and the technologies involved in rolling bearing fault; at last, based on the emphasis on the rolling bearing on-line detection and fault diagnosis system of acoustic emission technology, it elaborates the basic principles of acoustic emission, rolling bearing fault detection and diagnosis system experiment setting. Meanwhile, it introduces modern signal processing technology into acoustic emission information feature extraction and state recognition, such as wavelet analysis and wavelet packet analysis.

Abstract: In order to meet the measurement accuracy requirement of some patrol device iGPS position tracking experiment, the most rational, economic configuration and optimal arrangement of iGPS are needed to find. It presented the iGPS dual-transmitter measurement principle based on non-coplanar intersection principle, and also their uncertainty analysis. From the measurement unit of iGPS networkthe dual-transmitter measurement uncertainty simulation results, the relations between measurement accuracy and the intersection angle, azimuth angle, pitch angle and baseline length are studied, which provides a reference for arrangement of multi-transmitter of iGPS. The iGPS multi-transmitter arrangement simulation design of some patrol device iGPS position tracking experiment is put forward. The calibration test results show that: the measurement accuracy of station arrangement design is less than 0.4mm, and satisfied the experiment requirement.

Abstract: The existing Airport boundary intelligent video surveillance system is complicated to construct and costs a lot. This paper presents a design of economical Airport boundary intelligent video surveillance system according to the principle of optimization system and the resources share, combined the motion detection technology of NVR with intelligence video analyze equipment. The design can greatly decrease the false alarm rate and reduced the number of intelligence video analysis equipment. Therefor, it has higher application value and practical significance.

As a kind of new revolutionary technology, data mining technique is mainly based on the power management system. Such technique can handle all the tasks and fully play the advantage of digital characterization. In this paper, we will make a related study of the hot topic on coal mining power management system based on the data mining technique.
