The Legal Regulation of the Small-Scale Rural Hydropower

Abstract:

The source of small-scale rural hydropower in our country is numerous. The exploitation and construction of small-scale hydropower plays a vital part in the economy, environment and ecology in our rural area. Meanwhile, the experience which we have learnt has promoted the development of small-scale hydropower in the whole world. However, there still exist certain problems. This thesis has summed up those problems, and gives some legal regulations. In this way, the small-scale rural hydropower would make a big impact in our country.
