As global warming intensifies,low-carbon economy is inevitable to global development.This paper is established on the theoretical basis and affecting factors of low-carbon economy to discuss the meaning of college students entrepreneurship education,research issues of college students entrepreneurship education in low-carbon economy perspective and propose corresponding countermeasures.
