Design and Analysis of the Weft Accumulator of the Angle Interlocking Multilayer Loom of Carbon Fiber

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of carbon fiber and design requirements of angle interlocking carbon fiber multilayer loom, the fixed-length airflow weft accumulator is adopted, so as to realize the radial yarn unwinding. To get the accurate motion law of yarn under the effect of air flow, Solid works is introduced in 3D modeling and integrated design. In addition, the statics and dynamics analysis of weft accumulator has been carried on through the ANSYS and ADAMS software. The results of analysis show that the design is reasonable and the movement is smooth.
