Abstract:

Video conferencing is gradually becoming one of the possible uses of ICTs. The question is, what do you mean by videoconference imagine - it could be a combination of two videophones with stakeholders, one-way transmission from the conference room to a public or private network and bi-directional connection of several subjects. The main objective of the conference participants to create space for the latest knowledge and skills confronting the international arena.
