Human Error Classification and Control of Production System

Article Preview

Abstract:

Human error controllability is analyzed based on the classic classification method of the human error in this paper. The paper also gives the comprehensive evaluation index for controllability of controllable human error. With evaluation index, Human Error control activities can be effectively guided in the production system. At last, taken the assembling process of the automobile gearbox for example, a case study is conducted. Example proves that this method can provide decision support objectively and accurately for human error control.
