Development of DSD from SCM to PC

Abstract:

A kind of device for data storage is realized in this article. The data storage device (DSD) has USB and I²C port. By it we can transmit data from terminal for measure and control that base on SCM (single-chip microcomputer) to PC easily. DSD use EEPROM CMOS chip AT24C512 for storing data, and use USB chip CH341 for transmitting data to PC. This article showed AT24C512, CH341 and the characteristic of I²C BUS. The hardware for taking data and software for communicating between terminal and PC were designed in this article.
