Abstract:

The feeding system is an important part of the mill, which is also the main factor that influenced flour efficiency and quality of mill. Designed a kind of automatic feeding system of mill based upon FX2N-series PLC as the core controller, vector universal inverter of INVT to drive , Real-time detection of material position of ultrasonic technology and HT7000-series HMI of Hollysys to Man-machine interface, and better solution to the problem of real-time and accuracy of the feeding quantity. The practical operation shows that the system has the characteristics of high precision, good reliability, easy operation etc.
