Abstract: To study the aging degree, aging rate of recycled SBS modified asphalt at different aging time and the difference between the recycled one and the new one, aging nonlinear differential equations of recycled SBS modified asphalt and new SBS modified asphalt are established, aging parameters have been calculated by determining the technical indexes of the recycled SBS modified asphalt and the new one. In addition, aging properties of recycled SBS modified asphalt have been analyzed according to the aging parameters and aging equation. The results show that: the nolinear equation can depict the aging properties of both the recycled SBS modified asphalt and the new one; moreover, during the early period of aging, Various performance of recycled SBS modified asphalt decay more rapidly than new one except ductility, while after aging for a long time, various performance tends to be the same.

Abstract: To simulate the numerical test of concrete, the random aggregate model according to the Monte Carlo method and Fuller Graded Formula is carried out based on the assumption that the concrete is a multi-phases composite material composed of matrix. By adding the function of tracing the propagation of cracks,the Numerical Manifold Method proposed by Shi Genhua is developed which can simulate both the discontinuity of block system and the tensile or shear failure of intact block. The random aggregate model according to the Monte Carlo method and Fuller Graded Formula is carried out, and the concrete fracture process is simulated by the NMM. The strength and failure pattern are in good agreement with the experimental data, which shows that the method put forward and the program developed in this paper can effectively simulate the fracture process of concrete composed of multi-cracks.

Abstract: Because of high temperature above 1000°C on fire, and Oxidation of carbon fiber at high temperature, fireproofing measure should be make to take advantage of the inorganic adhesive for beams strengthened by carbon fiber sheet bonded with the adhesive. The problem of which fireproofing material should be choose and how to make fireproofing measure needs to resolve. Fireproofing test is make for beams strengthened by carbon fiber sheet bonded with the adhesive protected by Thick-typed Fireproof Coating for steel structure (TFCSS) and Thick-typed Fireproof Coating for tunnel (TFCT). Typical damage state of the two typical coating is compared on and after fire, Temperature field of specimen is analyzed, and fireproofing effect is compared. The test results indicate that, under the protection of fireproof coating with proper structure, TFCT and TFCSS can supply effective fireproofing protection for carbon fiber sheet, but the former is inferior to the latter because the latter is easier to drop and crack in fire

Abstract: Ag-based low-E films with a multilayer construction of top-Si3N4/SnO2/NiCrOx/Ag/ZnO/ NiCrOx/TiO2/under-SiOxNy were deposited on unheated glass by vacuum magnetron sputtering and then post-treated in the glass tempering furnace at 675±25°C for 4 min, 5 min and 6 min, respectively. The effects of tempering time on the surface morphology, optical and micro-mechanical properties have been investigated. The results show that the edge of the particles become vague with the increasing time. After tempering, the transmittance of 550 nm is higher than that of the as-deposited glass of 75.89%. Ag-based Low-E films tempered at 675±25°C for 6 min possess the biggest value of the figure of merit of 6.86×10-3 Ω-1 and exhibits the optimal optoelectronic properties. The composite nanohardness increase from 8.04 GPa to 9.23 GPa and the elastic modulus increases from 62.39 GPa to 84.58 GPa when tempered from 0 min to 6 min.

Abstract: For the issues of bamboo structure safety caused by parallel to bamboo culms axial shear, shear capacity test method is studied, parallel to bamboo culms axial shear capacity finite element model based on brittle fracture mechanics is proposed in the work. The results calculated by FEM are consistent with the experimental results, and the error is in 16% or less. The parallel to bamboo culms axial shear capacity finite element model established above can provide supports for bamboo culms wide engineering applications. The developed model has theory and engineering significance for digital bamboo building optimal design.

Abstract: Super early strength high performance grouting material was produced using high alumina cement, ordinary portland cement, gypsum and silica fume. The different glue sand ratio and the cement sand ratio 1.0 mix microstructure were studied systematically. The results showed that the system with a variety of admixture using hingh mortar ratio can be prepared for the initial flow ratio greater than 325{mm},, 30min flow greater than 280{mm}, 2h compressive strength 34.80{MPa}, 24h bending over 13.82{MPa}, 28d compressive strength greater than 99.90{MPa}, 28d compressive strength greater than 56d compressive strength. The system of early SEM microstructures showed good crystal growth, structure compact.

Abstract: The effect of sodium sulfate, triethanolamine and early strength agent A on the early strength reinforcement material final setting time, flexural strength and compressive strength and structure were investigated. The results show that the composite of sodium sulfate, triethanolamine and early strength agent according to a reasonable proportion, the dosage of 0.35% -0.40% (in cementitious material quality), the final setting time of early strength material for 50 to 60 min, Initial fluidity over 320mm, 0.5h flow degree greater than 280mm, 1d bending greater than 12MPa and 28d compressive strength greater than 80MPa, meet the requirements.

Abstract: In connection with the reinforced concrete deterioration by chlorides, a new electro-migration corrosion inhibitors which can move to the surface of rebar covered by 100mm protective layer, was used. And through the test of macro galvanic current, weight lost and corrosion potential, the effect of corrosion inhibitors was studied. The result showed that, with the reasonable treatment, a stable, long-term effectiveness of corrosion inhibition could be obtained.
