Abstract: When conducting docking-based virtual screening, we should carefully prepare the target protein. Generally, the ligands coupled with the receptor-ligand complex are often deleted from the crystal structure, but it is unknown that in which situation the ligands should be deleted. Taking CETP for example, this study conducted virtual screening against CETP through 2 different styles. In style 1, the cholesteryl ester near the active site was deleted. In style 2, the cholesteryl ester was kept to conduct the virtual screening. We found that the results were very different from each other and style 2 was the preferable choice in this situation. The reason why like this is that there is strong repulsion between drug molecule and the cholesteryl ester.

Abstract: As an important tool to study practical problems of biology, engineering and image processing, the cellular neural networks (CNNs) has caused more and more attention. Some interesting results about the existence of solution for cellular neural networks have been obtained. In this paper, by means of iterative analysis, the existence and uniqueness of anti-periodic solution of delayed cellular neural networks with impulsive effects are considered. Some new results are obtained.

Abstract: The article proposes a new imaging method for ground penetrating radar (GPR) nondestructive testing (DET). Traditional GPR range migration (RM) imaging algorithm regards all the data in GPR echo data as equally important. This assumption is always not in consistent with real GPR detection scenario and usually cannot obtain high quality imaging results. To improve the quality of GPR imaging results, a new windowed RM imaging algorithm is presented in this paper. The radar profile is processed by one-dimensional windowed Fourier transform. The central point of window function is determined by maximum intensity technique. By using windowed RM imaging algorithm, the clutter of GPR profile is suppressed and the imaging results quality is improved. The simulation of this algorithm is processed and experimental results validate the feasibility of this algorithm.

Abstract: Traditional back projection(BP) imaging algorithm can be used to obtain 2-dimensional subsurface imaging results of testing materials and thus provide useful information for material nondestructive testing(NDT). But it’s restricted by heavy computation burden and cannot be widely used in surface penetrating radar(SPR) NDT area. To meet the needs of high resolution imaging and low computation burden, an improved iteration back projection imaging algorithm is presented. With the multi scale iteration processing and local maximum extraction method, it can get appropriate resolution imaging results with much lower computation. The simulation of this algorithm is processed and experimental results validate the feasibility of this algorithm.

Abstract: A multi-level model automotive service performance evaluation model was established based on the servicer-core automotive service network model was proposed. The model was divided into three interrelated levels: the business level, the process level, the learning and development level, respectively used to evaluate business conditions, operating process and development potential of the object. A fuzzy AHP evaluation model for automotive supply chain collaboration performance evaluation was established. A case study was used to show the feasibility of this evaluation model. The results show that, supply chain collaboration performance result of the object was slightly lower than the regional average. Services of the object had unbalanced development and some indicators had great room for improvement.

Abstract: This paper describes the current status of our EPC projects in China, noting metallurgical EPC projects as complex process, long construction period, the use of fixed-price contracts, and other features make it faces huge cost risk, so it is necessary to conduct a cost risk management, while the metallurgical EPC project risk identification is the basis for subsequent risk management. Then, the specific metallurgical EPC project for the case describe in detail the methodology and process of cost risk identification, and ultimately the formation of risk breakdown structure table.

Abstract: The national partner countries through international trade on manufacturing engineering and engineering technology advances have different degrees of impact, the paper analyzes the development of China's manufacturing variations and export trade, and then from theory to explain the import, export trade on TFP the impact mechanism.
