The Design and Implementation of Data Sampling and Processing System of EUV Camera Based on FPGA

Abstract:

The FPGA is applied to the Extreme Ultraviolet camera (EUV) in the emerging aerospace applications. Firstly, the imaging principle of the EUV camera is analyzed, and the FPGA type is selected. Secondly, the data collection module is designed and the original data correction and coordinate conversion algorithm is researched. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the method which is used for this paper greatly improves the dependability and stability at the cost of the small speed loss.
