Abstract:

In this paper, we propose a novel multimedia technology based physical training approach which is constructed on Internet environment. After analyzing the requirements of modern physical training, we design a internet-based multimedia physical training platform, which can concentrate on the interaction of teacher and students and can fully utilize the multimedia resource in physical training process. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed physical training approach, we conduct two experiments for performance evaluating. Experimental results show that the proposed approach performs better than traditional methods.
