Study on the Efficient Design Scheme of Intelligent Building

Abstract:

As the global economy continues to grow, the resource consumption and environmental effects of the building and its running are growing. It is our common task to reduce building energy consumption and pollution emissions, to conserve resources, to protect the environment and achieve the harmonious coexistence of architecture and nature. And China, as a developing country, is facing with the heavy tasks to develop economy and improve peoples livelihood, at the same time, also facing with the challenges of resource and environmental constraints. Building energy conservation will be a long and arduous historical task, also an important and urgent realistic work. Currently, China is undergoing the worlds largest urban construction, while the building energy efficiency is the key area of energy conservation. Promoting the development of intelligent and green building is an important measure to implement the concept of the scientific development and to build a resource-saving and friendly society. Strengthening the international green building cooperation and exchanges will promote building energy efficiency to play a positive role.
