Abstract: Online power system analysis to electric mode-based on information that will offer a decided in real time the quality of the studies and efficiency of the power system operation precision closely associated with the power system model. Accurate and quick decision based on real-time data analysis needs battle plan deregulation of the power system in all over the world. In addition a significant expansion of electric power system in India in recent times, especially in the 2003 introduction of electricity bill, introduction of open access, electric power market, the appearance of communication through power with complex power system operation and control. Electric power network analysis in real-time data is expected to further improve the critical role of power network operation to repair the proposed law after transmission loss of tariff and share. All this forced the power system real time is accurate, but conditions analysis based on different principles. In order to meet the requirements of all, from the monitoring, commercial, reliability and stability of the Angle, attempt to have been forced to take hybrid network model in natural real-time supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems work so far a single network model of the integrated. This paper presents a network model for the theory foundation and the same is in the southern area rapidly adapt to load center (SRLDC) Bangalore and utilization of energy management system in India (EMS) real-time systems and tools. It is proved to be how to planning can online network system modeling and analysis of relatively simple in complex operational requirements. Abstract: There exists low voltage in circuit of domestic and imported medical equipment and it is what we call power supply. In the past, equipment mainly uses transformer to step down the voltage of power supply. With the progress of science and technology, the technique is gradually replaced by SMPW (switch mode power supply) which is extensively applied to various types of medical equipment due to the high efficiency and wide voltage range. The mains power supply is rectified and filtered into a DC high voltage and then use the switch circuit and energy storage elements to convert them into a variety of required DC voltage output, output DC voltage level can be adjusted by changing the off time (namely Mark-Space Ratio) of switching circuit.

Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, the construction industry plays an important role in promoting both economic development and urban construction. However, due to the characteristics of construction industry itself, it is seen the most important industry as a move towards a low-carbon economy. So we should bring in the concept of low-carbon and establish low-carbon awareness. Meanwhile, in recent years, for the science and technology are making rapid development around the world, new technology and materials are emerging, along with the architectural design constantly changing people's thinking patterns. The process of scientific influencing architecture is gradually accelerating and it is necessary for researches to have a greater emphasis on concepts and methods of science than aesthetics and awareness.

Abstract: The training of the personnel in environmental art engineering design will be complete ultimately relying on the innovative course system of this program, and also the training model and teaching system have to meet the needs of modern social development, science and technology development, and employment market. However, environmental art design program based on science and technology features very strong practicality. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of environmental art design program and combining the concept of modern design education, a feasible model of practice teaching and the operation methods of professional project teaching oriented at studio are proposed, for the purpose of creating a practice environment in which design art personnel with subject characteristics can be trained.

Abstract: As the global economy continues to grow, the resource consumption and environmental effects of the building and its running are growing. It is our common task to reduce building energy consumption and pollution emissions, to conserve resources, to protect the environment and achieve the harmonious coexistence of architecture and nature. And China, as a developing country, is facing with the heavy tasks to develop economy and improve peoples livelihood, at the same time, also facing with the challenges of resource and environmental constraints. Building energy conservation will be a long and arduous historical task, also an important and urgent realistic work. Currently, China is undergoing the worlds largest urban construction, while the building energy efficiency is the key area of energy conservation. Promoting the development of intelligent and green building is an important measure to implement the concept of the scientific development and to build a resource-saving and friendly society. Strengthening the international green building cooperation and exchanges will promote building energy efficiency to play a positive role.

Abstract: Environmental pollution and energy crisis have become two major problems in todays society, how to pay the least cost while enjoy has become the humans thought. In this context, an environmentally friendly and healthy concept of the green building for the design came into being. Today, all of humanity is in the face of the common crisis, including climate change, air pollution and scarcity of resources. The sustainable development has become the mainstream of contemporary society. And due to the construction activities, there has made a large number of environmental pollutants while consuming a large amount of resources, so that the sustainable building development issues need more attention. The research and practice of the green building is put forward to achieve such a goal.

Abstract: Static compression test on the Honeycomb sandwich structure with surface core defect carry out in this paper. The specimen divided into four groups, one had no defect, one had circle defect, the other two groups had rectangular defect in different direction. In the process of loading the strain gauge which located on the specimen surface in each group record the strain transformation of the specimen surface. Through the Static load test on the fatigue testing machine, fracture load of each specimen was record. According to the data, how the size and shape of the defect influence the compression static strength of Honeycomb sandwich was discussed, and inspecting defects direction how to affect the structural static strength by means of theoretical analysis and data fitting, meanwhile the shape of the defects in structure how to effect buckling was discussed too.

Abstract: This paper describes the connotations and features of residential quality; according to the clues to the life cycle of real estate projects, based on the Static Bayesian theory in economic game theory, Backward Induction Method and Principal-Agent Theory, it analyzes three existing government regulation consisted of land transfer system, advance sale of commodity housing system and construction management system, and points out that the production problems of residential quality rooted in three irrational, imperfect government regulation. Then, it puts forward feasible proposals for the existing problems and provides innovative ideas and scientific methods for the modification and improvement of the regulation.
