Abstract: With the rapid development of our economy, manufacturing industry places great proportion. Although the manufacturing process develops very fast, it brings negative influence. Resources waste and environmental degradation are the example. This article aims at machinery production technique based on green manufacturing. At first, this paper introduces the green manufacturing in details, especially the definition and engineering. In the second place, it analyzes green manufacturing technique of saving type and reducing type. At last, this article researches cutting fluid system of green manufacturing, introduces the traditional system disadvantages, and improve it. This article has a positive function to the workers of manufacturing industry.

Abstract: The Liujiaxia Bridge is 536 m span steel truss stiffening Girder Bridge, tower with double-column steel concrete structure, which is the world's largest diameter, the largest steel plate thickness of concrete pylon. Sarasota manufactured using standard pipe segment, group fight scene segment piecewise hoisting tower segment perfusion within the micro-expansion concrete construction technology, tower maximum height of 61.5 meters. This paper describes a piecewise Sarasota steel installation, piecewise perfusion within the micro-expansion concrete tower new construction method - attached to a self-climbing tower bridge gantry crane mounted pylon construction technology of large steel components. Of the "entity attached to the pylon installation of equipment by section climb" design, composition and construction applications are described in detail.

Abstract: The article introduces the off-axis ellipsoidal mirror processing and testing, and uses AutoCAD software to calculate the maximum aspheric mirrors degrees. After processing the off-axis ellipsoidal reflector inclination error of 1.55arcsec, root mean square roughness ((RMS) of 3.21nn, focal length error is less than 1mm, and the surface accuracy can reach λ / 6 (0.51-0.98 μ m).

Abstract: Gear vibration analysis and gear fault diagnosis are related to the multi-objective decision-making process of machinery equipment production, in which a large amount of data and information should be collected, and the relationship between supply/demand needs and available resources, between production and labor, and between enterprise benefit and social benefit should be balanced generally. Thus, the gear fault diagnosis technologies as well as the professional quality and technical quality are required to be very high. To conform to the forward development of mathematical modeling technology, it is urgent to implement safety product management with computer by using gear vibration analysis and gear fault diagnosis as methods for aiding the research and development of machinery gear fault diagnosis system.

Abstract: Connecting rod is the very important connection and force bearing parts of piston engine crank mechanism; work in the role of various kinds of alternating stress. Taking a general rod from Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 aero-piston engine as the analysis object, first, a 3-D finite element model of the rod is established in ANSYS Workbench. And then, considering the influence of gas pressure in cylinder after ignition acting on the connecting rod under engines rated speed conditions, through the transient dynamic analysis, find in all load steps, the maximum equivalent stress occurred at the transition zone between the shaft and little head, and received the maximum equivalent stress versus time curve, to provide numerical basis for improving high-cycle fatigue reliability of the rod. Finally, according to equivalent stress contours of the rod when gas in cylinder peak pressure occurs, initially identified rods hazardous areas,to provide foundation for the development of standard repair process.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the piston engine camshaft common failure mode, combining the mechanical analysis and risk management means,the feasibility of its repair was much discussed, the repair technique are studied, and proved its correctness and effectiveness.
