Abstract: To verify the validity of fault control measures, a verification platform with software fault injection and hardware fault injection is developed to conduct fault diagnosis measures for MCU control system. For the faults occurring in the internal units of a controller, program debugger is employed to simulate software or hardware faults by varying the data; for the faults occurring in peripheral circuits, a circuit of fault-settings is employed to simulate hardware faults, i.e., open-/short-circuit and electrical level variation. This verification platform is applied to evaluate software measures to control the faults/errors in accordance with IEC60335/IEC60730/UL1998/CSA22.2.08, and a case of induction cooker is presented shows how it works. Experimental results show that the verification platform runs stably and accurately, and has a big value in practice.

Abstract: Using virtual instrument technology, digital signal processing technology and traditional optical radiation measuring technology to construct optical radiation measuring system breaks the construction methods of traditional instruments. Signal processing, collection, control and process of measuring system are implemented by the software LabVIEW8.2. And they are integrated in a computer. The computer not only is data processing center, but also is instrument control center. While measuring, the user uses the mouse to operate the handles including knobs, switch and buttons of virtual instrument panel to select instrument functions and set various parameters, which realizes measuring optical radiation with different wave bands and different intensity. And the user can change instrument operation panel, modify system software, transform instrument function, and customize instrument parameters, which embodies the idea that the software is the instrument.

Abstract: This paper takes DSP2812 as the core to develop the new reactive power compensation controller, realized the reactive power compensation, detection of the electricity distribution network information, and through mobile phone short message module TC35 to send mobile phone SMS information, remote control compensation capacitor, configuration parameters. The design has the characteristics of flexible and reliable, convenient and practical. This paper analyses the software and hardware structure of controller in detail, and the hardware principle and circuit and the software block diagram of the controller. Controller adopts the integrated control, to maximize the use of compensation equipment to improve the power quality of power grid.

Abstract: This paper proposes a block Mean-Shift algorithm based on target real-time update and LBP texture features, through the target update improves the accuracy of target tracking, enhances the local character of the target through the target block, so as to improve the robustness of algorithm based on skin color backgrounds. And then analyze the Mean-Shift algorithm cannot recover quickly lost target tracking defects, and its improvement by combining the frame difference method.

Abstract: The express delivery industry of China is relatively backward in the automation degree of critical business processes. The basic reason is that the business-related supporting data, which is scattered in the multidimensional space, is difficult to utilize and process. This paper proposes an automatic data acquisition framework to resolve such difficulty, which synthetically utilize intelligent inernet of things (IoT), semantic web and complext event processing (CEP) technology. We also implement a SCEP prototype system with the capability of real-time detecting complex business events on the goods sorting line, which adopts a detection method consisting of four stages. The simulation results show that the system has good performance and feasible enough to deal with the complex business which need data support from multidimensional space.

Abstract: This article introduces two ways of calculating the transmission parameter of the mechanical system in the aircraft based on the traditional computational method. One is the method of fixed point coordinate which is based on spatial Analytic Geometry and spatial coordinate transformation can calculate the motion parameter of various links, the effective radius of the limit position rocker as well as the transmission ratio by fixed point coordinate. The other method can establish the model of control system by using the MDT module of the three-dimensional mapping software CATLA. It also can realize analog computation and system optimization which points at the transmission parameter of the mechanical system by using DMU module.

Abstract: This paper describes the chemical equipment and design overpressure conditions. Analysis of the different setting conditions on the discharge area of influence drawn: set a smaller discharge pressure tends to reduce the discharge area; reaction should be increased to increase the quality of the material discharge area; For gas system, increasing large volume of the reactor or the design pressure discharge area required can be reduced, when designing the reactor discharge area is too large can not meet the case of volume of the reactor can be increased and thus meet the requirements of the design pressure. By analyzing the results, in the design of the discharge system, can effectively reduce the discharge area, to meet safety and economy.
