Abstract: The universal reality and ultimate reality is always the core of philosophy. It has been the center and key of philosophy as early as in the age of Plato and Aristotle. However, great challenges were launched by the forefront achievements of science of the 20th century to the previous faiths, and new philosophy was demanded for summarizing the evolution of scientific ideas. Therefore, the process philosophy of Whitehead emerged as the times required. From a totally new visual angle, Whitehead demonstrated object individuals were of reality and also explicitly provided the ways of realizing the reality of classes. The aim of Whitehead to create the process philosophy was to overcome adversities in the traditional substantive thinking, and also the task and method for reconstructing the foundation of metaphysics were proposed.

Abstract: Desert ecological tourism resources in green environment are an integration of desert natural geographic and landform landscape with its interdependent desert ecosystem environment, possess two major functions, and also their values are reflected in ecological benefit and recreation value. Therefore, through choosing ecological tourism as an index and combining EM inside direct cost and outside direct cost with grading evaluation, the intension of the recreation value of desert tourism resources in green environment was defined according to the ecological tourism function of desert tourism resources; through investigation and research, classification, data collection and regression processing, the recreation value of China's desert tourism resources was calculated, and the result showed that the recreation value of China's desert tourism resources in green environment reached 4.5 billion RMB in 2010.

Abstract: The lack of water resource is the resource and environmental problem of various countries in the current international environment face, and a better way to solve the shortage of water resource is to adopt the reclaimed water for civil irrigation. But the development of science and technology in China started late, it leads to that our country doesnt have deep experience in the use of the reclaimed water application technology, thus, the development and requirements of this technology in the domestic world are very urgent and demanding. In this paper, the author makes a detailed technology requirement explanation for the technology requirement level of supervision, technology, technics and management aspect on wastewater reuse technology.

Abstract: Based on the indoor air quality and the evaluation index, utilize the fuzzy mathematical theory, comprehensively consider on the three important factors which influence the air quality, and through the calculation and determination the weight vector, divide the air quality into four levels as "qualified"," mild overweight"," overweight", "severe overweight". Through sampling the indoor air in a family, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the maximum membership degree principle, get every sample point levels from data. It will provide the method of getting a more objective evaluation of indoor air quality situation.

Abstract: Research purpose: The paper studies readjustments of land property rights which practice in the project area of Fan Zhen comprehensive land management in Taian City. According to the study make reasonable suggestions, for the similar areas of readjustments of land property rights provide experience. Research Methods: Investigating method and contrastive analysis method. Results: The right of the project area to an adjustment measures properly, and has achieved good economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. Research Conclusions: Developing the new rural construction the problem from the social, economic and environmental field, effectively protect the fundamental interests of farmers to get sustainable development.

Abstract: With the development in carrying out outdoor sports in many industries and institutions offered outdoor sports courses that have trained a large number of professionals for the development of outdoor sports. Outdoor sports courses, as a new curriculum in the process of construction and development, there are still many problems need to be addressed. The theory and practice of the course construction, a series of studies to reveal the role and significance of outdoor sports courses on survival practice in manufacturing industry, which provide the basis for the construction and development of outdoor sports courses, and put forward prospects for outdoor sports courses in manufacturing industry.

Abstract: To promote the application of the ultrasonic technology in pollution control, the introduction and the analysis of development of this technology, the basic theory of ultrasonic degradation and the influencing factors of ultrasonic degradation were studied in this paper. The analysis of molecular weight and distribution of wastewater and the elaboration of the influences of the ultrasonic frequency, power and the duration on the degradation were conducted by GPC. And an objective and reasonable explanation was advanced: in a certain range, proper increase of the ultrasonic frequency, power or duration would enhance its degradation; but excessive increase of the frequency, power or the increase of temperature due to long duration would decrease the degradation.

Abstract: After a long subway tunnel operators will produce cross-sectional deformation. Articles designed vehicle laser ranging device for continuous measurement of tunnel wall to test their deformed state. The paper also describes the tunnel cross-section deformation measurement method, contour fitting principles and error analysis and networking technology for wireless data transmission methods. The detection system is designed to achieve a tunnel section of the structural safety testing and deformation that may occur timely disaster warning, the safe operation of the subway tunnel to provide effective protection.

Abstract: This paper describes the incremental PID control algorithm and the basic principles of motor soft start, and introduced STM32F103RB8 basic performance microcontroller, combined with incremental PID control advantages, and gives MCU in motor soft start process control application. Practice shows that the incremental PID applications, simplifying the control ideas to improve the performance of the current loop control, limiting the starting current, smooth start-up speed, and achieved good results motor start.
