Abstract: Polyaniline (PANI) composite have generated great interest in the catalyst field due to the coordinate properties of their component. Herein, PANI-PMo12 composite microspheres were successfully fabricated via a facial oxypolymerization with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and phosphomolybdic acid (PMo12) as dopant. The PANI-PMo12 microspheres were characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR and XPS. The concentration of PMo12 had a major effect on the diameter of microsphere. The solvent ethanol also played a critical role in the formation of microspheres. The formation mechanism of the PANI-PMo12 microspheres was proposed. Further, the composite microspheres could be directly used as catalyst and displayed a high conversion and selectivity in the epoxidation of cis-cyclooctene with aqueous H2O2 as an oxidant.

Abstract: In air-cooled condenser, high temperature condensing water in summer which approaching and exceed 60°C, which may result in filter materials degradation and release impurities. This paper discusses an influencing factor, water-filter ratio (soaking solution and filter quality ratio), on leachable dissolution rate and filter material degradation rate in high temperature water. The UV absorption at 254nm (A254) and the exchange capacity ware measured after heat test as composite indicators. In addition, the trends of A254 variation with heating time were measured in different water-filter ratio. The stability is probably due to the effect of water-filter ratio. This has been further borne out that, water-filter ratio increases, leachable concentration decreases exponentially and tends to a fixed value.

Abstract: The core component -----a set of coaxial densely winded degaussing loops of a magnetism-concealed tank is designed and made by experiment method. From the data, it can be concluded that the coaxial densely winded degaussing loops can eliminate the tanks magnetic field signs which are engendered by magnetization in the earth magnetic field, specially, the demagnetizing effect near the axis is more obvious. It should be paid attention to the direction of the demagnetizing electric current in experimentation, another important factor to get optimal demagnetizing effect is to seize the right time of demagnetizing electric current. If a demagnetizing electric current is kept too long, as can be seen from the table, the tanks magnetic field signs will be strengthened owing to the counter-rotational magnetization, which accords with the electromagnetic theories. In addition, the degaussing loops work characteristics are given in our auxiliary experiment. In conclusion this experiment design method provides a sustain for magnetism protection theory of equips, and a train of thought is offered for both the magnetism-concealed tanks designing and researching through the experiment process.

Abstract: The advanced manufacturing technology of mechanical products features interaction, and high simulation, etc. In this paper, a digital geometry model for the processing is established with the aid of computer technology, so that the needs of machinery manufacturing production and precision machining can be fulfilled, and also the simulation, validation, comparison, and optimization of many plans can be implemented for ultimately finding out an optimal processing method and realizing the benefit of low cost and high quality. From two different levels of activity and parts, the configuration principle of mechanical products advanced manufacturing technology is defined. Therefore, the advanced manufacturing technology for customizing different products can be derived, and also the reuse of different types of parts is realized. Finally, this is verified with an example.
