Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder Design Based on Judgment of Danger

Abstract:

In view of the current vehicle traveling data recorder storage of data includes excessive invalid data, we use ARM processor to design a vehicle traveling data recorder based on judgment of Danger. The system captures video image from USB interface camera in the recording process in pieces and uses the steering wheel angle data and t braking deceleration data to determine whether there is a danger or not. And it selects Dangerous period to be stored, which can reduce the memory size and achieve an effective data selection.
