Evaluation on Manufacturing Readiness Level for a Certain Type Equipment Based on BP Neural Network

Article Preview

Abstract:

The level of manufacturing readiness for productions can decide the quality and effectiveness directly. In this paper, the indexes system of a certain type equipment is built up. And the evaluation model is established based on BP neural network. At last, the method is proved to be effective through the example of manufacturing readiness evaluation for a type of the equipment, providing a reference method to evaluation and improvement of manufacturing readiness level for a certain type equipment.
