Heterogeneous PLC Control Communications and Fault Intelligent Diagnosis

Abstract:

As an industrial control computer,PLC has been widely used in industrial automation area. Through the bus interface module or industrial Ethernet interface module, PLC can communicate with the master PLC, and realize fault intelligent diagnosis. There are all numerous types of PLC, they have respective advantages and disadvantages, and can meet the needs of the user, but in shape, form, function, programming, they are not identical. This paper mainly introduces Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens PLC and OMRON PLC, simultaneously researches their respective communication characteristics and method of fault diagnosis, provide users choosing PLC a theoretical reference basis.
