Abstract: Using software UG to create the ladder structure model of the aerial ladder truck, by importing the model to finite element software ANSYS Workbench, analyze and calculate the Max stress and Max displacement of its risk condition. Satisfied the requirements of safety, optimize ladder structure and then analyze it. The result shows that the optimized ladder structure has smaller stress and smaller displacement, the mechanical properties are better.

Abstract: By the measures of the theory of complex variable functions, dynamic propagation problems of symmetrical mode III crack were researched. The problems considered can be very facilely translated into Riemann-Hilbert problem by means of self-similar functions, and the analytical solutions of the stress, the displacement and dynamic stress intensity factor under the conditions of motive variational loads Px/t and Pt3/x2 which were applied the surfaces of mode III crack, respectively, were acquired.

Abstract: The 5-DOF CNC machine tools motion error, motion space simulation and interference are analyzed. The tool machine dynamic and static interference, trajectory planning are discussed, which realizes the parts manufacturability and processing rationality.

Abstract: This work's context is an industrial project aiming the accurate modeling of the injection molding process.The main purpose of this work was to design a mathematical model and computer programs for design analysis in composite core-pulling mechanism. The injection mould with slanted guide pillar for two-step core-pulling from the side of the product effects significantly the quality and efficiency of plastic part. The study is a one-dimensional analysis of secondaryejector mechanism, based on a forward marching technique of solution for the simple structure and high safety and reliability. 3D numerical simulation of the different stages is considered: during processing, anisotropy of the stress state build up affects its mechanical or dimensional properties once the part is ejected. Using the simulation analysis of mechanical system based on Pro/E, the mechanism can solve the problem that plastic parts are difficult to side core pulling in different directions by the use of bevel pillar.

Abstract: The paper is based on the newest hollow railway axle, which utilizes the Pro/E designed multi-wedge cross wedge rolling (MCWR) model, utilizes the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D to complete the numerical simulation about the whole stage of the hollow railway axle forming process, and analyzes the strain rule at the broadening stage of the hollow railway axle, especially conducts a detailed research on forming character into the strain rule at the multi-wedge transition stage, and finally gets the strain forming mechanism of the hollow railway axle at the broadening stage. The result of the research on the strain rule poses great scientific significance on enhancing the product quality and the production efficiency of the hollow railway axle, and improving the theory of multi-wedge cross wedge rolling.

Abstract: This paper simulates the process of the high-neck flange closed rolling on DEFORM-3D and optimizes the rolling process parameter by analyzing the results based on the orthogonal experimental design. For the high-neck flange, the results show that the effects on ellipticity are in the order of the mandrel feed speed, the main roll rotational speed and initial blank temperature. The former two factors show the significance while the initial blank temperature does not show that.

Abstract: In order to obtain the sheet metal anisotropy under wide strain range, plane strain compression method with laminated samples is investigated. In the experiments, two laminated samples are introduced, sample 1 is deformed at rolling and thickness direction, and sample 2 is deformed at rolling and transverse direction. In the paper, the ratio of deformation forces obtained from sample 2 (p2 ) to sample1( p1) is used to assess the anisotropy of sheet metal, and verified by analytical method. The results show that the ratio of p2top1 is the function of anisotropic index r, and the anisotropic assessment by this method has a good agreement with that obtained by universal uniaxial tensile test at uniform deformation.

Abstract: The 3D model of the lathe tool is established by using the Pro/E of 3D design software, then imported 3D model into the finite element software Workbench, and analyzed its statics using the finite element method, and got the stress figure and strain figure and total deformation figure while the lathe tool undertaking the cutting force, through the analysis it shows that the strength of the lathe tool can meet the processing requirements.
