Abstract: This study successfully simulated the single crystal copper nanocutting with a rigid body tool at the nitrogen gas environment using molecular dynamics, and analyzed the workpiece stress distribution and dislocation during nanocutting. After simulations, a diamond rigid tool with a completely sharp produce a shear plane during cutting. The distribution of equivalent stress was greatest at the shear zone and that residual stress occurred on the machined surface. And the stress gets smaller as the distance from the chip surface is farther.

Abstract: The base of Parallel loading device withstand the pressure of hundreds of tons, Limited by the conditions of use, All components of the device must be manual handling, so Its weight becomes very sensitive. The initial design weight of base are about 170 kg, By handling environmental constraints, four men lift is also very convenient, Therefore it's urgent to reduce weight. In this paper, a powerful modeling capabilities of UG combined ANSYS topology optimization module on the base for a topology optimization, We refer to the shape of topology optimization design of the final design of the structure. Through finite element analysis, the structural stiffness and strength to meet the design requirements, And weight decreased from about 170 kg to 120 kg, reduced by nearly 30%.

Abstract: the 65Y-100X2 type centrifugal pump is used as the research objective for analyzing the operating principle and structure, so as to improve the reliability of petrochemical pumps in domestic and reduce the distance with the same products in abroad. The reliability index analysis method is used to implement the analysis to the reliability of system, and the reliability of centrifugal pump is improved and the failure rate of system is reduced.

Abstract: to solve the difficulties like locating and clamping in the processing of elliptic workpieces and meet the requirements of processing, so as to achieve the final processing purpose. Therefore, the characters of the parts and the best performance of current machining tool are combined, and the mandrel platform with included angle of 45° is prepared on condition that the processing difficulties and requirements are fully understood, and the locating and clamping are achieved by compressing the nuts, then the four-corner chuck is used for alignment and turning, so as to meet the requirements for production.

Abstract: To develop a kind of automatic coil strapping machine is the object of this paper, which described the entire development process of the machine. This paper discussed some technical difficulties of the design, and presented the solution of the problems based on the existing technical conditions. For example, we solved the problem that how to pinpoint the right position for the different sizes of coils based on the geometric parameter optimization for swinging mechanism; and we solved the problem that the excessive pressing force of the friction wheel causes disruption of the steel strips traveling through the design of voltage switching circuit.

Abstract: In modern campaign, Aircraft maneuverability and agility have been playing an increasingly important role. Plasma thrust vector control can avoid shortcomings of traditional methods, it has a very good prospect.In present work a CFD simulation of a thrust vector control for a 2D nozzle is performed.The results showed that the change of the magnetic field can impress the vector turn of the nozzle flowfield.

Abstract: With different processing parameters, both the machining efficiency and the wear rate of electrode materials are enhanced along with the increase of real discharging power and the valid discharging time. However, the increasing degree of wear rate is far lower than that of machining efficiency.
