Abstract: Taking the control arm of automobile as subject, this thesis discusses the mold design with the squeeze casting forming technology and the simulation of magnesium alloy control arm of automobile in the isothermal forming process using finite element analysis software DEFORM. From the simulation, obtains the data of stress, the distribution of stress and temperature in the forming process, concluding that the best condition of forming 6061 control arm of automobile is under the temperature 400 , and rate 3 mm/s.

Abstract: This paper had developed a four-point supporting automatic leveling system on electromechanical vehicle platform. According to the method fixed the center point for leveling, modular design of the system was adopted, so the system had a good portability. The system has not only good performance on leveling time shorted but also high leveling accuracy and high reliability. So it meets the requirements.

Abstract: The lifting platform connecting hinge shaft finite element analysis by ANSYS software, and the fork arm is connected to the hinge bearing contact surface using spring element, the spring element contact stress situation to determine the hinge bearing and internal and external fork arm, solves the contact with the fork arm of the hinge shaft stress relationship problems, finite element analysis. The model is more accurate. The analysis of ideas can be widely applied to the similar finite element contact analysis.

Abstract: The finite element analysis is used for general experimental mechanics of materials. By analyzing numerical value of finite element in ANSYS software platforms, the corresponding stress, strain data and deformation diagram will be obtained. This lays a foundation for academic research of experiment. This paper compares the conventional electric method with finite element analysis by the normal-stress distribution of pure bending beams experiment. The comparing shows that the experimental results of the two methods are uniformity. In this paper, the study provides an effective way to experimental mechanics of innovative research.

Abstract: In this paper, the heat transfer of pineapple juice was investigated on a new evaporator with ultrasound. The effects of various factors on the heat transfer coefficient were analyzed, including feed rate, evaporating temperature, temperature difference of heat transfer, and juice concentration. The proposals of design and operation for this new evaporation were also discussed.

Abstract: Electric furnace roof is an important device for electric steel making, whose heat preservation performance and life-span have a direct impact on the economic benefits of iron and steel enterprise. Considered contact behavior between prefabricate block, this paper establishes the complete CAD/CAE model of the electric furnace roof with finite element software based on the theory of transferring heating subject, and respectively calculates the stable temperature and stress field of the firebrick roof and the prefabricate block roof in last melting stage, as is advantageous to analyze the level and the distribution of temperature and stress of electric furnace roof.

Abstract: In order to design the four rotor aircraft attitude control system, take the hover state or low speed flight state as a benchmark, firstly, divide the aircraft model into linear motion model and the angular motion model and model it separately, the nonlinear mathematical model of aircraft can be obtained. And then use the small disturbance linearization principle to linear mathematical model for a simplified model. After substituting into the previous experimental data, the mathematical model which controller design needs is got.

Abstract: The research on an impact between a tennis ball and racket is very significant to improve the level of tennis and reduce the sports injuries. A preliminary study on an impact between a tennis ball and racket is carried out in this paper. It is composed of four parts: the reference of the existed dynamic model, the experimental set-up, the test system, the collection and analysis of experimental data. The preliminary experimental results are compared with the dynamic model, and the impact dynamic model can be improved after considering every effect on the impact. The preliminary results show that the model can be used to predict the tennis impact on the racket with different inbound velocity.

Abstract: Tennis is very popular, but the incorrect action produces sports injuries. The knowledge of sports biomechanics is used in sports injury research on tennis. Two mainly classical research methods on tennis sports biomechanics are theoretical research and experimental study. This paper introduces the technical features of two research methods, theoretical research is mainly based on the model. The experimental study is mainly based on three systems of the kinematics, dynamics and biological measurement. The differences among them are compared in order to provide the overall ideas for study on sports injury of tennis.
