Primary Research on Processing Method of Elliptic Workpieces

Abstract:

to solve the difficulties like locating and clamping in the processing of elliptic workpieces and meet the requirements of processing, so as to achieve the final processing purpose. Therefore, the characters of the parts and the best performance of current machining tool are combined, and the mandrel platform with included angle of 45° is prepared on condition that the processing difficulties and requirements are fully understood, and the locating and clamping are achieved by compressing the nuts, then the four-corner chuck is used for alignment and turning, so as to meet the requirements for production.
