Research on Operational Reliability Index of Centrifugal Pump

Abstract:

the 65Y-100X2 type centrifugal pump is used as the research objective for analyzing the operating principle and structure, so as to improve the reliability of petrochemical pumps in domestic and reduce the distance with the same products in abroad. The reliability index analysis method is used to implement the analysis to the reliability of system, and the reliability of centrifugal pump is improved and the failure rate of system is reduced.
