The Research on Fault Diagnosis System of Shimmer Sight Based on Image Analysis

Abstract:

In view of the traditional optical inspection mode which relies on artificial visual, single parameter and single gage, in this paper, we get a new method to diagnose the fault of Shimmer Sight based on image analysis. Preprocess the image collected by CCD through digital image processing technology, and determine automatically the fault of Shimmer Sight by fault recognition mode. The new method implements the integration, digitization, and has the characteristics of flexible extension testing, which adapts to the requirements to test optics and optical performance parameters for new weapons and high-tech engineering.
