To strengthen the management of Chinese enterprise procurement needs from establishing modern enterprise purchasing management idea, standardize procurement process, procurement, developing e-commerce for procurement outsourcing, a purchasing alliance, strengthen the management of suppliers, strengthen procurement control, to speed up the purchasing information construction, etc.
