Discussion Based on the Condition of Transformer Parallel Operation

Abstract:

When three-phase transformer runs parallel, power supply reliability can be improved effectively , and the number of transformer running parallel can be adjusted according to the size of the load ,which can improve the operation efficiency of the whole, in addition, it reduce the loss of transformer effectively, so as to improve the economy of power supply, but the two transformer works at the same time, they must meet the same ratio、connecting groups、per-unit value of short-circuit impedance and short-circuit impedance angle as the three conditions. This paper based on the principle of the parallel operation of transformers gives the corresponding theoretical basis. The conclusion shows that the parallel transformer which satisfies the above three factors can run normally.
