Research on Core Competence of Construction Consultant Enterprises Based on the Grey Correlation Method

Abstract:

Abstract.Expounding the connotation of the core competence of construction consultant enterprises and establishing the evaluation index system about core competence of construction consultant enterprises from five aspects which are the management,technology,economic benefit,human resources and market development.Using entropy weight method to determine the evaluation indexes weight, then applying grey correlation method to evaluate and compare the core competence by four enterprises.
