Application Analysis of BIM in China Zun Foundation Project

Abstract:

Nowadays, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is world widely used in the construction industry. This paper, based on the foundation of China Zun construction project, studies the value of BIM technology in collision detection, engineering statistics, and 4D construction simulation and analyzes its advantages of applying BIM technology and disadvantages exited in BIM software in practice.
