Abstract: The collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on user is becoming the more personalized recommendation algorithm. But when the user evaluation for goods is very small and the user didnt evaluate the item, the commodity recommendation based on the item evaluation of user may not be accurate, and this is the sparseness in the collaborative filtering algorithm based on user. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on user and item. The experimental results show that this method has smaller MAE and greatly improve the quality of the recommendation in the recommendation system.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel human action recognition method based on Bayesian network model and high-level semantic concept (human action attribute). Firstly, we extract 3D-SIFT descriptors for each spatio-temporal interest point in the videos. Secondly, the bag of words is used as the low-level feature to represent these videos. Finally, Bayesian networks related to action attributes are trained based on MAP (Maximum A Posterior Probability) to recognize human behavior. The experimental results show that the proposed model is effective on action recognition.

Abstract: In order to simulate dynamic and randomness of irregular objects, like rain, snow, cloud, rut in the vehicle driving simulation system, here uses a method of hierarchical structured particle system dynamic modeling. First of all, the particles are divided into several units according to their similarity relation, then using the hierarchical tree structure to describe details. Through practice, this method can guarantee simulation precision and improve the real-time performance.

Abstract: After analyzing the communication requirements of emergency rescue management-decisional support system in Whole-Treatment-Chain (WTC) and characteristics of wireless communication technologies, an integrated wireless communication platform based on 3G and satellites is proposed, with the dynamic switching method for different application scenarios. The implementation of this platform is presented afterwards followed by several experiments. Results analysis shows that this platform could maintain relatively stable commutation for both shelter hospital and ambulance but does not perform extremely well on medical train due to signal blocking. In a word, it enhances the application of management-decisional support system during emergency medical rescue.

Abstract: In China, there is a large amount of data about agricultural products price released by thousands of agricultural websites on the Internet. These records are basically displayed in the form of text, table, and statistics chart but location information cannot be displayed graphically. Rich client and WebGIS techniques can improve representation of agricultural products price and help to provide effective technological solutions for increasing data. First, we describe the methods of standardizing agricultural products price data, which is crawled from agricultural websites through vertical search engine. Forward maximum matching algorithm is then explained and applied for spatializing data. After that, technologies of WebGIS based on rich client (JavaScript/Ajax and Flex) are summarized and analyzed and the map visualization methods of agricultural products price are presented, taking Baidu Map API and ArcGIS API for Flex for example. The methods can provide visual, interactive, user-friendly representation of agricultural products price data in geography information system as well as share visualization services through Internet or Intranet to improve data exchange and utilization. Compared to traditional WebGIS, WebGIS based on RIA improves user satisfaction and increases response speed. The results demonstrate that WebGIS by using RIA technology is a feasible solution method for map visualization of agricultural products price.

Abstract: A new scrambling method in the O-OFDM [ [ signal is proposed based on the hyper-chaotic sequences. By scrambling the frequency signal, it can reach the role of encryption. First, a hyper-chaotic sequence is produced by a hyper-chaotic system; then scrambling the O-OFDM signal on the frequency and time domain by using the pseudo-randomness of the hyper-chaotic sequence. In this paper a 256×256lena image is as the original information to prove the effect of this new method. The experiment that conducted in the simulation O-OFDM system of the Optisystem software indicates: the algorithm has high security; and because of the character of the hyper-chaotic system, the secret key space has largely improved. It can ensure the safety of the information transmission effectively.

Abstract: According to the problem that the intelligence is not high of the soccer robot, using the mechanical theory as a guide, making some mechanical analyses and calculations on the pressure and transmutation states of chip kick mechanics, and conducting optimal design too, then making the structure of chip kick mechanics more and more rationalization. Experiments show that the new soccer robot controller features a quick response and high servo rigidity, and provide a kind of method for improving and perfecting the soccer robot control system, at the same time, filling the needs of producing. Tampering is a major challenge in software protection, Many techniques for tamper resistance been proposed, but there is a lack of theoretical investigation, In this work, we initiate a theoretical investigation on program tampering and tamper-proof programs to discuss the question that what is program tampering and whether we can construct a program whose functionality cannot be tampered. To do this, We give the definitions of tampering attacks and the corresponding secure programs. theory and approach provable security of tamper-proof.
