Abstract:

After many Internet-scale worm incidents in recent years, it is clear that a simple self-propagating worm can quickly spread across the Internet and cause severe damage to our society. Facing this great security threat, we need to build an early detection system. With coming of information society, the most important thing for all countries around the world is to terminate digital divide. Many searches to realize the condition of digital divide utilize diverse methods answering to standards of modern science. It also assess benefit in need of the falling head scheme resolved by government organizations. According to this paper, it presents divergence in gender by using weibo. In a conclusion, Male takes weibo as a tool to pass time. Female is caring for weibo about entertainments and social events. Male is caring for weibo about politics, sports and economy. There are only few obvious divergences in using webio by gender.
