Abstract:

This paper studies the end-use energy consumption of Jilin Province in 2000-2011 and analyzesthe variation of energy structure. According to the national and local developingtrends of policy, a more scientific translation model is presented to quantify the economic and environmental impact and compare the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of end-use energy. Then some advices and measuresare made to promote the healthy and rapid development of electricity, and to improve the efficiency of end-use energy.
