Abstract:

The scope of expropriation compensation is one basic element of the expropriation compensation system, and whether it is correct is a main measure for protecting the lost-land farmers' interests. The compensation scope of farmland expropriation in our country has some loopholes at present, needing to be perfected from different aspects.
